At The Velvet Curtain, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with the utmost care. Please review our shipping guidelines to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales or heavy seasons, processing may take slightly longer—but we always try our best to ship as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING TIME
We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000

Standard shipping charges apply on orders below Rs. 5,000

Shipping cost (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before completing your order
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed:

You will receive an Order Confirmation via email or SMS.

Our team may contact you for verification (if required).

Your order will be packed securely and handed over to the courier for delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or email.
You can track your parcel using the courier’s tracking page.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact our customer support.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:

The courier may attempt up to 2 times

Please ensure your phone is reachable and your address is correct

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, the customer is responsible for re-delivery charges
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request an exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing any item:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide photos/videos of the parcel and products

Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, The Velvet Curtain ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
