At The Velvet Curtain, customer satisfaction and hygiene safety are our top priorities. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
NO REFUNDS
Once an order has been confirmed and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
If you believe you ordered the wrong item or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided your item meets all eligibility requirements listed below.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Items can only be exchanged if:

All original tags and packaging are intact

The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged

The Order ID is included

The item meets our hygiene and safety standards
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, the following cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

Bodysuits

Lingerie sets that include panties

Silicone bras

All items under Accessories
We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
In case of an eligible exchange:

The customer must send the product back to us through any courier service.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement.

If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive a store credit coupon equal to the product amount (courier charges deducted).

Store credit must be used within 3 months and is valid only at thevelvetcurtain.pk.
SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping applies to orders above Rs. 5,000.

Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
